Product updates: Contact update, RecordTypes, Info bubbles

Keeping your CRM data fresh and accurate has always been a challenge. Salesforce estimates that 70% of CRM data goes stale every year.

Starting this year, in beta, we released our Contact Update features: on a weekly basis, a list of contact updates will be displayed to your users. Someone from your CRM changed job-title or company? You will know. Simply visit the contact’s profile and hit update and catch-up with potential new opportunities!

Surfe now takes into account more complex Salesforce configuration. We support RecordTypes selection, and custom layouts. We also display required fields

You can now have a sneak-peek at the contact’s owner and link to their CRM record when you hover the mouse on a highlighted name. This feature can be enabled from your Dashboard settings.

To help you better sort your leads, you can now map the SalesNav list’s name alongside the exported contacts, as a custom field.
